I too have the El Dorado. I agree that the price is a bit extreme, but this stuff is highly pigmented, it lasts forever and it doesn’t crease a bit. I’ve used cheaper creme shadows that seem to fade through the day but this stuff keeps working, I’ve gone 12 hours without a touchup before! But like others have said, this stuff ain’t cheap.

It was great to find my favorite NARS eyeshadow on Amazon, because Nars stopped making it. I don’t know what we have to do to stop companies from doing this – gettig rid of exellent products…

I like these cream eyeshadows. To get the color where you want it, pat the shadow onto the lid with your fingertip rather than stroking it on. Also, it stays on all day if you lightly brush over it with powder shadow in a soft complimentary color.

is nice stuff…I usually paint some around the rims of my eyes then blend it out with a q-tip, and powder it down with the color of my choice for the day. I really like the iridescent mac pigments on top of it.
