I bought this used in my 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. I am very happy with the way it works, I have no hearing problems and vice versa. I did not use the PA function yet, but I'm going to end. It works great with my magnet antenna. Do not use the mounting kit included (I removed the ashtray from my dashboard and the adaptation was perfect!)

A super price. I bought this to use as a base station in my house and my laptop to communicate with the CB in case of emergency when I'm working the land. I had to supply 13.7 VDC with an external power supply, of course. It works just great. It feeds on a home made 18 ft dipole half wave vertical. This is a pretty basic unit, but gets the job done.

Needs to be permantly installed – E. Refermat –
The article looks great and arrived on time. The only surprise was that I had to install the unit permanently. It has not had a cigarette lighter to power attack. Looking back, the description does not indicate one, but I'm not sure "install easily" is precise. I have to look how to install it on my machine, so they have not gotten the chance to use it again. I just wanted others who may be looking for a CB to understand that occasional use does not come with a lighter attack.
