The word I found it more convenient for this disk is "quiet." E 'quiet, honest, and true. It 'really one of the few albums that I have heard in recent years where I really felt a connection to the artist. Many musicians these days generate music for the status and financial gain, thencreating a gap between them and their fans. Brooke White has always given me the impression that not only has at heart the music, but she worries about the effect it has on people who listen. There are so few artists who remain "unplugged" in these days, but the strength of the blank is a tool to fingertips, be it a piano or an acoustic guitar. She is a new generation of singer / br / songwriter.br / Even if I thought, "Hold Up My Heart" was a bit 'bland for a single cable,White bounces with creative writing and optimistic to go with some clever, catchy melodies. One listen through and you practically smell the summer air.br / White debut in 2005, 'Songs From The Attic', laid her two songs. The first was the legendary 1973 hit by Aerosmith, "Dream On." The second, done more for the style of White, was "Yellow", Coldplay single from their album Parachutes''in 2000.br / 'High Hopes and Heartbreak' is all original material out of coverage Brooke White of"Use Somebody" by Kings Of Leon. Delivery of the white is much more optimistic, but beautifully crafted for his voice and range.br / The second single, "Radio Radio", is my favorite song of the album. This is a lightweight up-tempo track that you have pronounced the words with Brooke. "High Hopes and Heartbreak" is exceptional and one of my favorite albums ever! My favorite songs are "Out of the Ashes", "Smile" and "Sometimes Love". This album is worth owning, and worth giving as a gift (not the same, buy two!). "Out of the Ashes" is so good it made me cry a little '. "Smile" is a hauntingly beautiful song (and my mother preferred). If you buy this album you will be so glad you did!
