It says there is 2 different tracks with different sounds but I can’t tell the difference.br /Both tracks sound the same…… waves, rain and thunder.br /Doesn’t really matter but I wanted just waves, not thunder.br /Actually, the thunder made it difficult to relax while meditating, you’d just about get relaxed then BOOM, it would tense you up.br /It’s probably just me, I’m very hyper, but I wouldn’t recommend this to relax.

This product came within a few days of purchasing it! I usually have a hard time falling asleep, though I have never been able to listen to the whole cd without falling asleep; very soothing.
