I bought two dimensions of this wonderful product (and one for my toaster oven) – that big is too big for my 9 1 / 2 x 13 pans so I need to buy a larger pot – the smallest is too small but works for most things. I wish there was a size in between. I bake a lot of things with puff pastry and tired to cut the parchment paper – this POP only things on the tray and slide. I previously purchased a similar product that was more subtle nowhere near the quality of this. This is the same thickness, the mat hard in my paper size and a half. Nothing sticks to the pan with the barrel no matter how sticky. This brand is now top, so I am waiting for them to last longer than a cheaper brand, it's worth the money.
