    I am new to yoga. I did a search online yoga mats. It seems that people talk about thick 1 / 16 – 5 / 8 "size 68" – 72 ", smell, construction materials and friction. This pad is 1 / 4 "thick and 72" in length, which is of larger size. That said, it is extremely slippery and most of your energy is spent trying to stay on the carpet, instead of getting deep into yoga postures. I think this should be a warning – not for HOT YOGA. The mat is probably good for "regular" yoga.br / br / Icontinued my research and I'm getting a mat Jade. The other option would be to have a bit of yogis on top of this mat. As I say, are the best options.
