    Handle is not comfortable – Thomas Dorr –
    My only complaint is that the handle. In hindsight, I stopped by a store and check the design of the handle before I bought it online. The pause at the top of the handle that runs the length of the handle is a bit 'steep and has a tendency to dig into your hand / wrist as you hold it. I have other pots by Pro-Clad (Emeril) line which are much better. In fact, if I could have found this plate in the same Pro-Clad line, I would return this in exchangefor Pro-Clad, simply because of the handle. Otherwise, I think this is a great product. The handle is a big enough problem for me that I gave this product 3 stars, rather than a 5 stars.

    Good but Scratches a Little Too Easily – SoCal – Southern California
    I had this pan for two years. I probably used more than 100 times, usually to make pancakes or French toast. Makes a very good job, better than I had before Calphalon plate. The downgrade because it scratches too easily – and I made an effort from day one to take very good care of it, using only nylon spatula, immediately wash gently by hand and stored so that it will be scratched by other pans. Yet after all that care, has become scratched. So myverdict is that the plate does a good job, but requires a lot of TLC.
